C2c’nin ingilizce açılımı (Consumer to Consumer) anlamına gelir. Tüketiciden tüketiciye yapılan e-ticaret’in kısaltılmış global anlamıdır. Tüketiciler arasında yapılan online alış-verişi ifade eder. Bu eticaret modelinde tüketiciler online web sitesinde biraraya gelerek ürün ve hizmetlerini sergilerler. Alıcılar da tüketicilerdir, sunulan ürün ve hizmetleri online veya offline olarak satın alırlar.
